Well depends on the teeth. Brackets are placed on each tooth, then a long curved wire is tied into each bracket with more thin wire. The long curved wire is the ideal shape for your teeth, and pulls your teeth into alignment. This is repeated top and bottom if necessary.

You have a brackett on each tooth and like these cap things on your molars. The wire, which is one wire, goes across the bracketts and then slides into the caps on the molars. the bands around the brackets is what keeps the wire in place.

Each tooth has a brace glued to it and then one wire hooks through each of the braces and is tightened to move the teeth.

it somewhat is surpassed off to me many circumstances besides. I only bent the twine so it may no longer stab me anymore XD only attempt bending it slightly so the pointy section won't stab your gums anymore, it does not result your tooth in any admire. yet in ordinary terms BEND the top OF IT! The factors that at the back of the enamel, everywhere else ought to shrink to rubble the scientific care. yet i've got had the comparable archwire for the previous 3 Months. Hasn't interfered or replaced something. only be careful in case you do this. in addition they ought to've packed you some dental wax final time you went. in case you have it, use it. yet another element I used to do (and this is only me) i could wrap up a chunk of serviette, then stick it appropriate the place the twine ends. Then while this is stabbing you the serviette absorbs it. a sprint extraordinary, yet helps.
