Why haven't we managed to kill every ant in North America?

Because there are way too many hidey holes for them!

Same answer applies here, and the characters you are asking about have a large network of supporters helping them to hide.

You need to read a book entitled "The Family". Bin Laden's daddy has a long paper trail of business entanglements with the Bush family and their interests. Let's just say that "W" owed him one. So...when we had Bin Laden cornered in a cave in Afghanistan, Washington called off our soldiers who had him cornered, waited until the Afghan "army" could be brought in to finish the battle. During that lag time, Bin Laden walked down the mountain into Pakistan. There are tons of sources out there for this information. The book, "The Family" is footnoted like a college term paper, with all sorts of public records to back up the claims she makes, and various news broadcasts over the years have filled in the rest.

Our troops are fighting in Afghanistan and are not allowed into Pakistan. Bin Laden et. al, know this.

Most likely they have moved into Pakistan where they have a very strong supportive base. There are entire regions of Pakistan that even the Pakistani government barely controls.

MONEY!!! and the support of not only several nations, but religions as well. Saddam tortured, raped and murdered thousands of his own people. I was there and contrary to American popular belief, Bush is not to blame. Nor was any other president. These men are tyrants, not a political agenda.

Your assumption is that any quantity of torture could inevitably get on the whereabouts of those adult adult males who're maximum probable so nicely hidden that the possibilities of you getting your palms on somebody who knows the place they're is minimum. as a result, no quantity of torture is probable to discover them. you further equate the word "torture working" with finding those adult adult males. the two assertions are patently fake. Cheney contends that torture extracted education that stored lives. That has little to do with easily finding bin laden, or all of us else, and each little thing to do with uncovering terrorist attack information formerly they take place so as that they could be stopped. despite if Cheney is telling the fact, who knows? yet your query is barking up the incorrect tree.

Simple, the military has orders not to capture them as they are working for the CIA and being used to justify the war in Iraq for big business oil.
