playtoy_18 is close, but is missing some info like the fuse must be no more than 18" from the battery. The ground must be as short as possible (under18") and use grommets in the firewall when running wire through it.

The 12v positive wire goes directly to the battery.
The 12v negative goes to a good chassis ground.
The remote wire goes to the remote antennae/remote wire on your stereo,if you don't have one,then run it to a fuse that is hot with the key on.
The Low output/RCA cable's go from L/R and F/B,just plug them into the same place on amp and stereo.
The speaker output's go to the -/+ on the speaker's.

souds like another loaded question,ehh on what a radio give up some info, need pwer supply.
