I went to Radio Shack to buy a mem card for my digi cam that I got for my b-day (in my Qs I asked what type of digi cam I should get but now don't have to buy it (H)) Well shortly after I got to RS, a guy asked, "Can I help you?" So I said that I was looking for the digi cams. I asked what type of mem card I'd need. I realized dat I had da cam in my pocket so I took it out. I thought I'd ask him to show me how to put da mem card in cuz I've never had a digi cam. Also, cuz I wanted to stay a lil longer ha ha. I was sorta playing wit my hair & was tryna flirt wit him. Have no idea if he's single. I don't even know his NAME. What would you advise ? Ever since I got my cam I thought that I'd like to get a 1MB mem card. I was looking @ that mem card a lot so he prob figures I wanna go w/ it. Should I buy the cheap one & then come back the next day to "exchange it cuz I changed my mind" :$ ha ha. Or what. My sis said that I should inquire bout a DVD/VCR combo. Any ideas on what to do ?

I'm usually not the one to initiate asking anyone out & I'm afraid of rejection. Also, our hands/fingers kinda brushed each other's. Not sure if that was an acc't or not tho. I wish I was trying to do that but peeps often acc'ly touch each other when giving something back, esp when $'s involved.(cashiers)

My sis said that if I kept on going there & not buying anything that that'd be like I'm stalking him... I guess da best thing to do when I go to buy a mem card there tmw is to try to keep a convo going... any ideas on what to talk bout ? I'm gonna be going to da city & so I guess I could mention things I plan on doing there. Do you think that I should mention that my ex wants to come down there to visit me ? I don't want him to... By me mentioning da word "ex", it'd give him the impression dat I'm single. Also, I guess I could mention the fact that the weather's been nice recently. What types of Qs do you think I could ask ? He works in an electronics store. Electronic-related stuff I want are: VCR? /DVD (combo?) camcorder, VHS head cleaner, VCR rewinder (esp if it's in da shape of a car ha ha) & a Universal remote. Do you think I should ask bout all these Qs tmw ? Or do you think I should keep going there & inquiring bout something new that I wanna buy each time I go in ? Thanx !! :)

This is your chance to use a pick-up line. Go back in there and get him to offer you assistance again. When he says "can I help you" you respond with something like "Yes you can, when do you get off work?"

Nope, don't mention your 'ex' as that would totally turn him off you.

Why not just go to the store and have him help you get the memory card that you need? While he is helping you, why not just mention that he seems really knowledgeable about the merchandise and that he was really nice and helpful to you -- qualities that you think are great in a guy. Then you can do one of two things:

1) If you are bold and brave enough, at this point you can mention how you think that he is a nice guy and someone that you would like to spend some time with getting to know better -- would he like to go somewhere (coffee, etc.) where you guys could talk? Yes, YOU ARE ACTUALLY ASKING HIM OUT! HOW SHOCKING! But, yes, guys like it when girls are assertive.

2) If you are not brave enough, after you tell him that he has those great qualities, you can mention something to the effect, "Your girlfriend is lucky to have such a nice guy as a boyfriend" and see how he answers. If he says something to the effect that he does not have a girlfriend, then you know he is available and then proceed back with #1.

Be brave, bold, assertive, and good luck! Do not worry if he turns you down, at least you had the chance and you took it, which you cannot regret.
