apparently they use the jelly roll method and spread the mix on before rolling

They make the figs into a paste- thats what it says on the Happy Shopper pack anyway

i found this one out a year ago!!! they have one tube that squirts out the pasrty part and then inside this tube there is another tube with the fig in it and this all happens at the same time and then get cut apart and cooked!!!! simple really glad i could help
