How do I do a Kegel Exercise?
• In the beginning, assume a position of comfort:
lying down on your back with your knees bent,
or sitting on a firm surface such as a hard chair.
• Contract your pelvic floor muscles by feeling
like you are stopping the flow of urine. Hold
for 1-2 seconds, or longer if you can. The key is
to contract and lift the rectal area, without
tightening the stomach (abdominal), buttocks or
inner thigh muscles.
• Then relax the muscles and rest for 10 seconds.
• Repeat the contraction and relaxation sequence
5 times to make a set.
• Perform a set of exercises 3-4 times a day

Once you have located the muscles simply tighten and relax the mucsle over and over, about 200 times a day. These are basic kegels. There are many variations on kegels: elevator kegels (Where you tighten slowly, in increments going in and out, like an elevator stopping on several floors.), you can hold the muscle tightened for five seconds, you can bulge the muscles out at the end, and many other variations.

Kegels excercises are when you flex your pubic muscles. It is hard to explain. But when you have to go to the bathroom and you aren't near a rest room and you hold it in...that's a kegel. Simply repeat this over and over. Holding the muscle tight then releasing.

Best Wishes!!!

you should search your answer on a medical site for more info. But its basically just squeezing your vaginal muscles whenever you think about it...all day long, no matter what you are doing. Its the one excercise that noone but you knows you are doing it! But if you do them often it will strengthen your vaginal walls and make a difference in your sexual experiences later on in your life as you get older.
