I am sorry to say most meds remove memory. Unless you use food to help your condition you will lose memory. The brain rebuilds everyday and reading is the most important way to build it back. A good brain uses good problem solving methods to improve life. I think you can ask for some ideas about your epilepsy or the medication in the Q and A. Usually if the memory goes the person doesn't care about anything anymore.

DITTO.......all's the same with me. I have no solution. Caffeine, stress, video games, flickering lights, peanuts, are among some of the things to avoid to help minimize seizures. How much you sleep makes a difference too.....the memory problem is a tough one. Last year I called my gas company to have my home checked for gas leaks. I went for years ignoring friends and family telling me they could smell gas. I thought they were all nuts with having all gas appliances thinking the house would have blown up just from their pilots and burners on....just any spark or flame...... It was checked and the gas man turned off the gas and said it had to be prepared before he could restore my service.....At that time, my memory began to improve... I am still in awe wondering why I didn't have it checked 4 years before that. The gas might not be part of your problem, but it still wouldn't hurt to have it checked along with your furnace too....good luck...ask your neurologist for a booklet about seizures, sleep, and prevention tips....good luck

When it comes to people offering advice to you about taking any kind of medication, prescription or otherwise, you may want to check it out with your pharmacist. Some drugs will react with the medication you are already on and make them ineffective or dangerously risky for you to take.
