I need to know if there is a way I can have fresh bread every 10 days without giving away 3 of them. It is just to much for me to handle.

Store the remaining starter in a container in the refrigerator and begin the 10 day process over again when ready. You can also freeze this starter in 1 cup measures for later use. Frozen starter will take at least 3 hours at room temperature to thaw before using.

If you have a septic tank -- feed the starter to your tank -- It's good for the septic system.

you could make the bread and then freeze it.

Otherwise give the extra starter away - That's why it's "a friendship starter"
