condition, condition, condition. you can make your own hot oil treatment by using olive oil (not extra virgin oryou'll smell like a salad.). put a couple of ounces in a zip loc bag. heat some water in a bowl, then put the ziploc in the water. after about a minute or two, the oil should be warm. apply to your hair. keep it in for about 15 minutes. then wash your hair as usual.

Start to go to your hairdresser on a regular basis. She/he can help repair the damaged hair. You may want to cut off the damaged hair down to the healthy hair, it may be only an inch or two that may need to be removed. Also, something that has worked for me is limiting the amount of heat I use on my hair. I, in fact, do not use any heat on my hair in between trips to the hairdresser. I just wrap my hair at night and comb it down straight in the morning. Try wrapping it in different directions each night to help keep the volume in your hair. One night wrap it to the left and the next wrap it to the right, etc.

deep conditioning by doing that you slowly rebuild the molecule bonds in your hair... try using redken extreme rescue force (you can get it at a local salon) put about a quarter size in your hand (varies on the length of your hair) rub it through really good then put a cap on your head in the shower fore bout 10 min the steam from the shower will help it then take it off and rinse do that about once every 3 shampoos. i used it when i over-processed my hair w/ bleach

Go to a salon and get it fixed #1........#2 - stop over processing it - let your hair rest for at least 6 months......let the salon lady tell you how you should wear your hair while it is "healing".......

Deep conditioning and gentle treatment. Stop relaxing or whatever you're doing to it for a while to let it get strong again. It's like a sprained ankle: you stay off of it.

Condtion it and apply moisture to it, a great hair dressing that contains natural herbs and vitamins.
