ok so i am very pale and i dye my hair black which makes me look even more pale so besides staying out of the sun is there anything i can do to make my skin even more pale? and also do light bolds (like just regualr ones) make ur skin get any tanner? and also any certin colors of make-up that would make me look more pale?

i was asking if light bulbs make ur skin tanner b/c i dont want to be tanner and dont answer unless u know what ur talkin about no stupid *** answer like "why do u want to be pale"

light bulbs have no affect on the color of your skin.
it's only in tanning beds that the light bulbs will do it because they're specially made to tan skin.
in regular lightbulbs there are no UVA/UVB rays that would tan you. I have very pale skin myself, and naturally dark hair.
Really light make up, like bright yellow kinda thing, and really dark makeup would probably make you look lighter

Do yu want to be even more pale or yuo trying toget a tan.
If yuo have very pale skin than it's bes tto avild the sun except when late in the evening or early morn. sunlight and taning lights can harm very pale skin, even distroy it or cause cancer more so than in naturally tan.
If you wan tto look les pale wear light clothing, or clothing suitable to yur color of skin. Black absorbs heat and causes even more harm if you are out in the sun too often.
Try a different color of hair style than black, light brown or blond or brown with blonde high lights.
If yuo stay out of th elight yuo'll get even mor epale looking (anyone wuill eventually.

best to use one shade lighter than your skin face powder. looks pale and more real.less damage.
