There are several sources to locate scholarships either online or at a specific office.

First, check with your high school guidance office if you are currently a high school student. They offer a list of local scholarships available to its students.

Second, the college financial aid office and website have a list of scholarships either tied to the college itself or private scholarships from companies and organizations.

Third, search Google.com and Yahoo.com for your college major and the word scholarship. It also works with ethnicity and religion.

Fourth, well known companies do offer scholarships.

Finally, there are free membership scholarship search websites. Most are updated on a regular basis.

Good luck!

So far I have used two.
Fastweb.com... You can put in your information, age, height, ethnicity, etc, and it will give you scholarships taylored to you.
http://urlsnip.com/475574... I also used this form, and so far I've gotten about 7,000 in scholarships from that. Goodluck
