Unwanted and repeated intrusion into another's life - whether via email, physical presence, video or the giving of unwanted gifts and threats. It doesn't matter what the intent of the stalker is - whether they're smitten by love for the person they are stalking, or whether they have a hostile intention - if they intrude their presence in any way that brings discomfort or fear to another, then it's stalking.

Following people, watching them all the time....hiding so they don't see you, doing this over and over....that's what makes it stalking....then of course....there's the policeman that you will have to answer to when they report you...
....if someone is stalking you, you may ask your local police for his/her opinion...and don't forget to tell others about what you feel and fear about that person!........otherwise if you disappear, your family and friends won't know where to start looking!

If a person has made it clear that they wish to be left alone and the other does not comply....that's stalking.

having an obession with someone that crosses the line.like if u follow them or watch them or send them crazy letter saying that u will hurt them if they dont get with u

following a person around everywhere they go and not particularly letting them know u r there and not particularly hiding either.
