If you make the salmon tonight and put leftovers in the frig you could make a great sandwich.Crumble left over salmon into a bowl.Add a little mayo,fresh lemon juice,sweet relish, a dash of horseradish and brown mustard,a little chopped fresh parseley would be good in the mix too..Salt and fresh black pepper to taste.Stir it all together,refrigerate, and in the a.m.,put it on a toasted baguette with thin sliced tomatoes and butter lettuce.Spread the bread with a little brown mustard and mayo if you like.Yummmm......and salmon is good for you too....

Well I know of several things you can do with salamon. I have some good recieps
a salamon salad with eggs and rice. and mayonise.
Cook Macro and Cheese and put salamon and eggs and onions, and mushroom soup and cook in a corning ware dish for 30 minutes on 350 degrees in over it is real good and tasted.
Or you can make you a salmon with eggs and maynosie and put it on loaf of bread and make you a sandwitch it is good too. hope this help.

I actually have salmon salads for lunch. Very tasty. Use light dressing vinagette and whatever you like in your salads.

Salmon sounds pretty good. You can cut it up and put it in salad or just have it by itself and add a vegetable :o)
