What facial cleanser have you been using? Are you eating right? Did you eat something you are allergic to?
Just try using a good cleanser, when I was 13, I used Noxema but other's might recommend Neutrogena or ProActive. Just wash in the morning and night, be sure to change your pillowcase often, keep your hands off your face.
Here's another thing you can do. Try Clean and Clear Astrigent, it's red-orange, and if you have sensitive skin, use the one for sensitive skin, i think it's blue.
Just put it on at night, not too many times a day or you will dry out your skin. Hope this helps!!

First, to prevent future breakouts always wash your face day and nigth, when your done washing your face use a mosturizer to keep your skin smooth and protect it from sun damage. A good way to get rid of acne is to put a few aspirin in a small bowl with a little bit of water so it turns paste like then put on, after five minutes rinse it off. If you don't have a lot of time to get rid of acne or you have a thing to go to, put an ice pack over it,for a few minutes, to reduce the swelling and redness.

Use Proactiv Solution, it is very effective in treating acne. I use it as a daily skin care regimen and it keeps my skin looking wonderful. Here are a few tips. Avoid these things:
1-Sun exposure. It will initially improve acne but eventually will make it much worse because it increases plugging of the pores.
2-Over-washing your face. This often irritates the skin and can lead to increased oil production.
3- Harsh products. They irritate skin and aggravate acne.
4- Picking or squeezing blemishes. This forces bacteria deeper into the skin, causing even greater inflammation and infection. It also leads to scarring.
5- Avoid stress and get plenty of sleep. That coupled with Proactiv should solve your problem. Good luck :-)

Start an acne fash washing rountine. Choose a brand like Neutrogena, Acnefree, Clean and Clear, Clearasil, Proactiv. Many brands now have a three step system like Proactiv. Facial wash, toner and moisturizer. Don't pick your pimples, stay away from greasy foods like chips, french fries, pizza, etc. Drink lots and lots of water. It will really help your skin more than you would imagine.
