It would help to know exactly what type of things you had planned when you say Asian wedding. I think the only thing would matter is that if there is anything that might have any religious significance to others, that you would want to check with persons of that religion to be sure that you are not doing something completely offensive to their religious tradition. I'm guessing what you have planned is probably fine, but it's good of you to check, because its better than being ignorant of other traditions even though you admire it.
