I know exactly how you feel. I'm a 32B and want to be a 32C. I'm actually debating with myself over the pros and cons. It's a hard decision to make. Two of my aunts have had breast implants. One got only one breast done because hers were two different sizes {she had one B and one C, made them both C}. It's been 6 years and she's doing just fine, no maintenance required. The other one went from AA to DD. Hers constantly give her back problems and she has to go in every 2 years for "fixing up". Going up only one cup size shouldn't cause too much trouble.

If women could realize how little change takes place with implants they would never do it. I have this friend who is so beautiful but she had to have implants. She has gone through so many boyfriends. The problem is her beauty is external. She is still a gossiping, lying, cheating, anger management flunky and if she got 3 breasts she still had not fixed the problem. Guys figure that out after about the 3 month. Change your inner beauty. Have you ever met someone that looked fat and disgusting and then they opened their mouth and they were the sweetest kindest, smartest person you ever met? See, that's what counts!

Remember that implants don't last forever. After about 5 or 6 years, you have to replace them. I just think that society has put too much importance on breast size and women should embrace how their bodies look. Beauty and sex appeal come from the inside.

I think you should be happy with what you have. If you are trying to impress someone they are not worth it. People should like you for the way you are not for something you're not. Breast implants are so phony, people will know they are fake. Consult your doctor as to breast feeding.

Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I wouldn't unless you are trying to be a professional. Big boobs cost alot of money and typically they need to be replaced every 16 years. Unless you have 25,000.00 every 16 years then all the power to you.

Make sure you find a good plastic surgeon and don't go to big if you do decide to get them. You can breastfeed.

please don't do it. more and more girls are trying to get bigger and bigger boobs. Big boobs are unattractive, unless it's some perverted guy or something. just keep your body how it is, you're hot to the guys who are best for you. Your husband should find you attractive.
