For at least 15 years, I think it's more, I've taken a peanut butter and grape jam sandwich for lunch at work. Once in a while I'll use strawberry preserves, but I prefer grape jam. I just love it. Sometimes I make one for an evening snack.
Lately I've been eating a toasted bagel for breakfast, but I'll soon switch to oatmeal. I don't have a cholesterol problem, I eat it because I like it. Most people put milk and sugar on theirs, but I eat it plain.

I eat certain foods due to habit. When I was on weight watchers, I knew the points values of many foods and I stuck to them even after since I knew they were good for me. I also have to pack my breakfast and lunch every day, so these foods are really for Monday through Friday.

cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast.
popcorn for snack (almost every day)
apple for a snack
salad for lunch

cheerios ever breakfast a bowl of cheerios for health reasons because its nutritious i eat it with out milk and i also drink diet snapple 2 bottles a day and i like to eat a salad with peppers cheddar cheese mushrooms lean ham and turkey pieces and carrots so good getting one tomorrow

I eat chinese food lots of time a week. The reason is because i'm in college and get tired of eating in our cafe, because they have the same foods, and am also tired of eating noodles.

I eat yogurt for breakfast everyday and drink lots of water. I also eat as many fruits and veggies as I can get into daily menus.

Coffee, iced tea, fruits, vegetables, whole wheat bread. I am trying to lose weight & hopefully reduce level of chronic pain.
