I'm a nanny, not a mom - but I've had experience with kids taking clothes off ... so here's my two cents. Choosing her own clothes is a good idea, and it's true some kids just take their clothes off. A couple other ideas are ot put a onesie on under her clothes - she'd then need to rely more on you for help if she's potty trained or training. You could try rewards, but that may only fix it temporarialy, and what happens when, yes, she kept her clothes on - but she wasn't the best little girl the rest of the time? I would maybe do a star chart (or sticker chart). Set rewards after she gets so many stickers ... so say, after 1 sticker she gets a special trip to the library. After 3 stickers she gets something else. After 5 stickers ... and so on. The first one is important so that she relates the stickers and rewards to keeping her clothes on. Beyond that - the number between rewards is up to you. But I recommend keeping it frequent enough that she has motivation to do it.

my three year old boy does that, only he runs around in underpants. it is bothersome. I dont know what to do either, but it will pass. some kids just like the freedom of no cloths. my 21 year old was the same and he wears cloths. sometimes they will wear sweats try that. they are loose and comfortable.

There is nothing you can do except put them back on and tell her that all big kids wear clothes. She has learned something new and she is doing it...Soon it will register what u are saying...Good luck...My mom told me that my dad said I was a born stripper..haha I did it to when I was young.

thats a normal but ,my suggetion is try and let her pick out her own clothes does not matter if she doesn;t match it just helps her feel like a big girl and playing dress-up is fun .

find something that she likes...lay out a couple outfits and let her pick one that she can wear for the day....also try rewarding her with something small if she keeps them on....like maybe icecream...

She's a baby... who cares... let her be free... some kids just like to be naked.
