just 3 pounds, no problem. Start off with 1(8oz) glass of warm water and one apple . 2 hr. later 1 glass of warm water and a small other fruit or one slice of bread with cream cheese. 2 hr. later a nother glass of water and chicken breast with salad.dressing your choice but only use 1 tsp. 2 hr. later a nother glass of water and last fruit. After 3 clock no more Carbs only protein. 5 clock 1 glass of water and salad by 6 clock . A cup of green Tea you do this of 3 days and you lost more then 3 pounds. Nothing to eat after 8 clock at night only drink water.

Exercise for 30-60 minutes 4 or 5 days a week. Moderate exercise like brisk walking or light jogging should be sufficient coupled with a healthy diet. You didn't mention if you were talking about 'vanity pounds' or a program to lose more weight.

Don't try to loose weight so quickly, or you'll gain it afterwards again!

To loose weight, the following things are important:

- drink 2-3 litres sugarfree and mostly fatfree liquid per day, spread regularly over the whole day.

- eat things that have little fat, i.e. salad with yoghurt instead of oil in the dressing.

- move a lot, use stairs and not the lift, if you don't have to go to the top of a skyscraper.

Well it depends If you had just lost like lots of weight your gonna have to maintain a steady diet but still that will take more than a week. But if your just starting, a balanced diet and exercise should do the trick.

eat wholegrain breakfast cereals twice a day and an evening meal of meat or fish and fresh vegetables, and a few pieces of fresh fruit as a snack throughout the day, and take a 30 minute brisk walk or swim 20 laps a day.

dont eat for a few days and only drink water and juice some people think thats anorexia type stuff but people fast for diffrent reason all the time and with the juice and water youll b fine

No sugar, no fast foods, drink alot of water and do alot of walking and exercise. Eat healty foods. Add more Vegetables and fruits to your diet and fish and chicken is also good.

drink 8 glasses of water everyday no fatty foods and alittle bit of exercise try increasing the amount of exercise you do when you notice it is not taking of the weight any longer
