Music, my dog, a nap, random good news....also here's another one that I should do more: helping someone or doing something unexpectedly nice for someone ALWAYS makes me feel better.

Playing with my dog always cheers me up when I am sad. She doesn't talk back and can always tell when i'm unhappy. She is awesome at cheering me up. I dunno what i owuld do if i didn't have a dog.

Everyone is different when it comes to these types of things. Some people eat salty or sweet foods. Some exercise or talk about their problems with friends. It's an individualized thing. Hope i gave you a few ideas to help you out!

Thinking about how things could be worse. That plus the love of my cat(usually a bite or scratch), but it does help. Music helps also. Sad songs do not make me sadder, they just make me cry and then I feel better. I guess that I get it all out. The world is a magical place. Good luck!

My cat seems to know when to sit on my lap or on my keyboard, as she is doing right now, that brings a smile to my face
