Since the sky is only a direction, not a material thing, the question is like asking what would happen if west fell. Now if you ask instead what would happen if some material thing is the sky fell, like rain or meteors, then those things would hit the ground. But the sky would still be there.

THere is not enough gravity in earth to make the sky fall. But if it did, everyone would die and they would all disappear like the dinosaurs. We would be crushed by the tremendous weight. So pray to God it won't.
