Hi there I had the same problem and I do not snort drugs either. The doctor said my nose is sensitive and I got a nose gel that you get at the drug store and it gets rid of the sores. It keeps the nose from getting too dry. It is embarrassing to buy cream that goes up your nose but it REALLY works. I am so sorry I cant think of the name. here is one I found on the net:TWO-PACK: Grossan Breathe-ease Nasal -Relieves nasal dryness, unpleasant crusting.
No mess! Easy-to-use ITN tip can be used anywhere, anytime.
Great for dry winter, skiing, dry atmosphere of air planes.
Great for dryness due to CPAP or oxygen therapy

I have the same problem and for me it is the dryness, the nose doesn't generate enough mucous or there is not enough hair inside the nose to trap moisture when you inhale, try a little Vaseline on the inside of your nose,it may help.

Sounds like you do a lot of nose-picking. Those sores are not actually sores, but callouses from repeated pickings. Try not to pick your nose so much and blow it instead.

Me too. It's the weather. Try putting baby oil on a Q-tip and rubbing it on the sores.
