my hair gets damaged even if i dont do anything and just walk out into the weather..help?

so i had a bunch of split ends so i got my hairdresser to trim them all off...my hair looked healthy for about a day..i havent really done anything to it and my ends look all dry and shriveled up?i dont understand why this happens...and i use conditioner and it seems to make my hair worse....does anyone have any good tips on what to do with it..any products that might help...and by the way im really upset my hair got cut even tho it had to be done but is there anything that can make your hair grow long and healthy....FAST? lol

maybe where you live, like high humidity weather areas damage your hair particles and give it the fizzed out look. and it depends on the condidioner you are using. maybe it is making it worse. i would suggest trying a shampoo that is opposite of what you are using now. like if your using a heave moisturizing conditioner, then use a lighter, everyday conditioner. and vice versa. if that dosent help then go to your hairdresser and ask if its the climate around your area that is making your hair frizz and ask what products you could use to help. also, if you dont mind the smell for a few minutes, beer makes a great conditioner. *im not kidding, it helped me, and i had the same problem*
