FIRST! Make sure you are doing this at a gym with many people present including coaches and trainers other wise you will suffer injury no doubt about it!!
OK.
Practice on an incline mat. When you feel you are falling, its time to jump and jump hard! Keep your arms straight and strong and push off. Keep arms by your head at all times!
Arch a Little, but if you over arch it is a BIG mess.
Bend your knees slightly, arch a little bit, and push you shoulders open as much as you can. Then using your stomach, back, and arm muscles, snap your body back to a hollow position, pushing off your hands, and land on your feet on the floor in front of the board/mat.
Put it all together you should be able to do a back handspring. Hope it wasn't too complicated and hope I helped.

Front Handspring: Get a jogging begin and type of virtually bounce in to a handstand. Then speedily transfer via a bridge role after which simply get up. It's plenty like a entrance limber. Back Handspring: You ought to have plenty of leg force to do it since a backhandspring is commonly leg force. Jump backwards speedily relocating via a handstand role and are available backpedal. Tip: Before making an attempt this on floor, take a look at it on a trampoline. Also if you'll discover a gymnastics coaching middle that has open health club, take a look at it on a trampoline there in order that any person can spot you in case you fall. Remember that a handspring is while you spring from toes to palms and again to toes. Good success! I desire you be taught your handspring quickly.
