i use both depending on what kind of look your going for if u want a firm hold and it crunchy then go w the gel if you want if soft then put some mousse in it and blow dry it a little so it holds in place.

I like spray gel but nothin works better than good old bril cream. Ask your grandpa about it....he probably still has a tube of it in his bathroom.

depends on a couple of things: how strong of a hold you want, what look you are going for, and what kind of hair you have.

Personally, i use a little of both when i'm trying to define my wavy curls into an actual hairdo instead of a big mess.

personally...i like mousse because it doesnt make my hair feel as nasty and crunchy and all..but whichever one u prefer and how strong of a hold that u want!
