I am a female. I have pimples "down there" I break out on my face also but not alot. I never did anything sexual, and i want them to go away. Please help me!

i usually get one or two in the summer and they start as an ingrown hair and then because of the heat and the sweat they turn into horrible almost boil like things, i wont go into great detail about the one i got this year but needles to say it was terrible, in any case keeping your self shave/trimmed regularily and very clean down there can help, and in the summer making sure that you wear underwear that fully covers that area also helps with the sweat issue.

uhm. they might be ingrown hairs or you might not be washing down there enough. i just reccommended teatree oil in another question and it would probably work great for you too, and its only 3$ for a bar of treatree oil soap in the pharmacy at walmart

bathe regularly with an antibacterial soap, use panty shields, and avoid tight clothing

go see a OB/GYN and a dermatologist. They can help you with both problems.

it may be from sweating. heat sweat. I dont really know..
