I'm allergic to dust and certain types of tree pollen. It gets really bad in the spring, in the other seasons its the dust but its not really that bad. I was wondering if there is a way to cure my allergies. The over counter meds and precribed stuff dont really do much for me, especially the non-drowsey stuff. I find only stuff that works is that make me drowsy, but i can't take those during the day, if not i'll fall asleep in class or cant pay attention.

I went to a doctor and was tested for allergies. And, I did get the shots for about a year. But, that wasn't enough. I still have bad allergies to Ragweed and tree and grass pollen. I think your best bet is to go to an allergy doctor and he/she will be able to steer you in the right direction that is best for you.

Your best bet is to probably get shots. Otherwise, you have to somehow keep the dust and pollen out of your environment.

go to your doctor maybe they will precribed something better that last longer and if it makes you tired take it at night before bed thats what I do. or ask to be referred to a specialist for allergy shots but i heard it's not totally fool proof.

See an allergist. He/she can test you for the allergens and provide specific treatment.
