I think beer is great, especially the microbrews, because you're tasting the results of a beautiful labor of love. I have never met a brewer who hated his job. NEVER.
When someone offers you a beer, you immediately smile. It's like a symbol of hospitality & friendship. Beats a handshake any day, I'll tell ya that! :)
