I suppose because they are famous they can do what ever they want to.
I don't think that rollers will ever be seen as a fashion statement but I do understand why women wear them as they are probably the best way to curl your hair without damaging it
And yes I have worn them in public but usually with a scarf over them, to pick up the kids or to get messages at the shops, t takes ages to put them in and I certainly would not remove them until my hair is completely dry,
So if you need to go out in them do it and ignore what other people do or say but do try to cover them with a scarf as it looks less tacky

Nightly. I roll up my hair every night, as soon as I get off from work.
Let's me know they are comfortable wearing rollers in public.
It's not s fashion statement, It's a statement after the results if removing the rollers and combing the hair into a style.

Goodness - if all of us is offended by technique of hair rollers - i imagine they prefer to sit back out. i do not see the way it would want to be offensive. If it grew to change into the kind day after today - each and all and sundry might want to do it in basic terms to slot in! in my opinion, if i replaced into out and that i said you in public, i'd seem at you slightly longer than favourite - yet in difficulty-free words because very few human beings use air dry rollers anymore. i might want to be searching to work out in the journey that they seem to be a similar type that I used 30 years in the past. i might want to like it. i might want to sense very nostalgic! If each and every man or woman has the nerve to say something to you, in basic terms ask them what it is about your rollers that bothers them. it would want to correctly be demanding for them to inform you without searching ridiculously superficial.

Never (unless you count inside the salon). I don't think it's a (good) fashion statement, but if a person truly doesn't care what other people think, who does it hurt?

Well I personally have never done it, but if some unfamous person did it people would gawk at them, so how can celebrities get away with it? because theyre famous and they can do whatever they wamt.

i've gone out almost every other morning with them, not recently, but used to...seriously, who do you have to impress on your drive to work. we all laugh at each other in the car anyway. it saves a lot of time, and my hubby thinks it's cute...DO IT!
