No. Your stomach is full of acid. Plus a seed needs sunlight and soil to grow.

No. Do tomatoes grow in your stomach? Do sunflowers grow in your stomach? Do zucchinis grow in your stomach?

Unless you're dead, any thing that enters your stomach is fairly much dissolved by digestive acids (or rendered inert). If not, you'd be sporting a pretty large cornfield down there (ee-YEW!).

Yes!
and it will grow into a pumpkin tree!
and you'll have branches coming out of your ears and you'll look like bullwinkle j. moose!
and you had better make sure you take a laxative so you can poop out those pumpkins before they get too big to pass!!

No. All seeds need nutrients such as dirt and sunlight to grow. Your stomach doesn't provide that.

actully by nature it will grow, but not in ur stomach but in ur crap, when nature calls you the seed will be planted where every u take it. and will evntully grow, to plant ur crap is filled with nutrints. scientificlly speaking, some plants adapt to nature by using animalls to plant their seeds farther away from its self
