I've been cheated on and I don't think its a reflection of me at all. I think it goes to show the lack of character in the person doing the cheating.

It says more about the person who cheated. You may feel like people look at you and think you are pathetic or a loser or whatever because someone cheated on you but mostly what they are thinking is that at some point in their life THEY will be cheated upon and it will suck. When they are looking at you they are thinking about dignity and how they will rate when their time comes.

It says nothing at all about you! Nothing! If your lover cheats on you, it should never be taken personally. Usually people cheat only because their body is craving something and they get caught up living in the moment. so it means that the "cheater" gives into his or her instincts. It's evolution.
Think about the chimpanzees' mating habits. Guys have a primal need to reproduce, its for some of them to suppress that need.

Depends on the situation. If he's not meeting you half way in the relationship and you feel you're doing all the work, then all you can do is go out and find someone that will give you what you need and looking for. But if YOU'RE not meeting HIM half way, and HE'S doin all the work, then he's gonna go out and look for someone that will give him what he needs. So it's hard to say who it says more about because it all depends on the scenario of who's doing what in the relationship. hope this helps and gives you a different perspective.

I believe for myself, that it says more about the person who cheated. They are the one with the problem...There are many reasons a person cheats, and not one of them has to do with you. :)

them it doesnt matter if you have been cheated on 12 time or 1 time it doesnt change a reason why someone should date you but if you cheat on someone even once it makes you a very big looser to date! and im sorry if you got cheated on if not then thats great!

No question- them. Why beat yourself up over a person who doesnt see how great you are? And wont dream of loosing you by cheating.

ITS IS A LOADED QUESTION IT COULD BE ETHER WAY. IF YOU ARE ASKING MORE FROM YOUR PARTNER THAN YOU ARE WILLING TO GIVE THEN THEY ARE GOING TO LOOK FOR EQUALITY IN SOMEONE ELSE. IF YOU ARE GIVING ALL YOU HAVE TO GIVE AND IT IS NOT ENOUGH THEN THE PERSON STILL CHEATS THEN DUMP THAT PERSON BECAUSE THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE THAT WOULD NOT CHEAT.

truth is both - It depends on the relationship foundation and what brought the two together. each one is responsible for evaluating the match and willingness to make a commitment to, and by, the other. Discontentment of either can make one or the other search for confirmation of value. which are you?

Them, it has nothing to do with you. That person is low, selfish and you deserve better. My ex-b did that too, it hurts, its confussing, but get away from him.
Dont get down on yourself. If you have ended you did the RIGHT thing. If your still with him, do yourself a HUGE favor and leave him!
