Mexican Tom's Yankee Chili
(A secret family recipe for cold weather). This costs under $10.00 to make, feeds many, and the first thing we think about when the weather turns cold. Don't ask me why it is soooo good but, it is.

Brown (in a big pot) 1 1/2 to 2 lbs ground chuck seasoned with garlic salt/pepper, drain. Return meat to pot.
Add:
1 large onion, cut coarsely
1 large can whole tomatoes, you cut up
2 cans Ranch Style Pinto beans (1 with jalapeno)
2 cans Ranch Style beans
1 can Ranch Style Kidney beans
1 regular size can Wolf Brand Chili, no Beans
1 Tbs. chili powder
Stir together and simmer until thoroughly heated. Serve with saltine crackers or tortillas. Use any brands you want.

1 medium onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, slivered
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth, divided
