you probably don't want to hear this, but please don't try to lose weight this way. It's very bad for your body. It actually makes your body think it's starving, so when you start to eat again your body stores everything you put in it, and in turn you will end up gaining more weight.
The best way to lose weight if you need to, is eat sensibly, and get some exercise.
Please be careful, and take care of yourself.

Dude bad idea ok that could kill you! I'm being serious! Ok I guess I have to answer your question though umm well it depends on the person some will loose 1 pound and others would loose 4 pounds. Either way very bad idea maybe instead you should exercise and shred up a natural smoothie with your favorite fruits then you could live and loose weight for 5 days. Remember make a natural smoothie when you are hungry!

Depends on your size. Estimate a normal person requiring 2000 kcal a day to live.

2000 Cal x five days = 10,000 Cal

A pound is about 3,500 Cal, so 3 lbs.

This is real weight, you can drop water weight easier.

about 3 to 5 pounds, but when you start eating again youll probably gain 7-8 pounds back.
