A few weeks ago (maybe 3, 4 weeks) I had sex with my boyfriend. We didn't use a condom (stupid, I know). No sperm came out, but I know that I can still get pregnant from "pre-***" or whatever. My period usually comes around the 16th and now it's the 22nd. And I am freaking out! I haven't had any symptoms of being pregnant...just that my period is about a week late. Are there any other possible reasons why it's late?

Go buy a pregnancy test. Your period may be late because you're stressing out.

A home test would tell you for sure by now. It is possible that stress is making you late. Obviously since the day it happened it has been on your mind. So ease it by taking a test. Don't worry until you know for sure.
Best of luck... I hope you are not. But if you are please don't go the abortion route. Being someone who has to take fertility meds and had a miscarriage....if you are take it as a blessing.
Keep us updated... I've had some scares prior to marriage too. I know how you feel.
If I only knew then how hard it actually is to get pregnant.

Stress can be a factor. I can imagine you have been a bit worried about being pregnant so that's probably it. Go get a pregnancy test just to make sure. Also NEVER EVER have sex without a condom again.

Added stress can prolong your period not coming on. The best wat to find out if you are pregnant is to just take a pregnancy test. Next time you have unprotected sex you can go to your local clinic and get a contraceptive pill. You can take it within three days of intercourse.

I would go get a pregnancy test from your pharmacy or doctor. If you're not pregnant, then you would need to see the gynocologist to determine what is causing you to be late.

It could be related to stress, or that you are still having irregular periods

no i really think you need tosee a doctor and take a test i remeber when my older sister got pregnant but she had a miscarrige. I hope you don't if your pregnant. thanks for letting me answer your question.
