I have lost 56lbs since 1st July this year. My basic routine is as follows
Breakfast...high fibre cereal with semi skim milk and sweetener, cup of tea
Mid morning...piece of fruit
Lunch...big salad with either ham OR half fat cheese OR 1 boiled egg. 2 small slices of granary bread with very thin layer of margarine
Mid afternoon...another piece of fruit
Evening meal...small portion of white meat OR fish OR protein substitute with 4 small boiled new potatoes OR a small portion of long grain rice, and loads of lightly steamed veg. 1 piece of fruit if I fancy it
Before bed....2 digestive biscuits.
I drink very little tea or coffee, avoid soft drinks (even diet ones!). I drink weak squash or water and plenty of it.
My exercise routine is...dancing around the house while I do my housework (you can laugh but it makes the chores fun and uses up more energy!), then I will walk to the shops and do my shopping. In the evening I walk the dogs about 4 miles. I have built up to this gradually since I have been eating healthily. Get a pedometer, they really help!
This has worked for me. I hope it helps you! Good luck x

I discovered the booklet to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however almost always) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight continues flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I feel it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me considering the fact that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the expertise. I've not ever bought whatever like this earlier than considering the fact that they're most often filled with trash, however 3WD has been a satisfactory shock. Get began in these days!

Weight Watchers is the way! I joined in January, 2004 and 1 year later I was 53 pounds lighter. Then, even with only light exercise I lost another 10 pounds. I think I've only had 1 cold since then because I'm eating so healthily. I am not yet following their advice about exercise completely, but they do supply good advice, so that is part of their approach. If you're willing to work at it, you could definitely make your goal!

My advice is to keep a log of what you normally eat and talk to your doctor so they can give you the appropiate diet.
