I'm not sure you could continue to straighten your hair every day and succeed in getting rid of split ends at the same time. However, you might do well to change your hair straightening method so that you only need to do it every three days or so. Combine this reduced frequency of straightening with a good conditioner and cut down on use of electric hair drying. If you die your hair darker rather than lighter you would notice considerable improvement if you changed from chemical die to natural henna, but be careful here because henna can have strange effects if it combines with residual chemicals in your hair. If you don't use die, then try a good henna soak for a full 6 hours and you may well be very pleased with the conditioning effect and colour that results. Much depends on your hair type, but you may find that your hair responds better to straightening once it is happy and healthy and free from split ends, so you could consider trying to get rid of the straight ends first as a priority over striaghtening for a while (just until the split ends are gone). Good luck.

if you flat iron your hair everyday the best solution is to put the straightener on a low setting usually 1-4 on fine hair, 4-7 on medium hair and 7-10 on thick coarse hair but before you flat iron it always put a protective spray or cream in your hair on rub it really good on the ends then you should get a trim every 4-6 weeks.

you need to use a protection cream or spray each time you use the straighteners as this is drying your hair even more - and go get the ends trimmed every few weeks if you can - when you put the cream on rub it into the ends as well.

get your hair cut, or try using sunsilk the formula that helps split ends. oh and stop straightening your hair everyday and try getting a professional/chemical straightener put through your hair. They last quite awhile from previous experience.

The only way to get rid of them is to trim them off or get a hair cut. They're dead and will only continue to break even further.

the best way for you to get rid of your split ends is to get them cut if you dont get them cut then they will keep getting bigger and by the time you cut them it will be all over your head.
