I don't see any conflict with it. Satan has been given charge over the world, that is clear but that doesn't mean that all government is evil. God overrules in everything. The Bible says that God is the one who raises up leaders and puts them down. The Bible teaches that if Christians pray for their leaders God will cause those leaders to allow His people to live in peaceful and tranquil lives. 1 Timothy 2:1 First of all, then, I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions and thanksgivings, be made on behalf of all men, 2 for kings and all who are in authority, so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity. 3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,

That's absolutely true.Adam was tricked into giving up authority(because of Eve ) to Satan. The Bible calls Satan the "Prince of this world"but he still has to ask God before he can do anything.
In Daniel ,it states that there are demonic"Princes" behind the thrones. An Archangel tells Daniel,"I'm going to fight the"Prince of Persia" after him comes "The Prince of Greece"(meaning Alexander and the forces behind him) and only Michael is with me".
Well, they did a quick job of Alex,he only lived like 28 years.
What Adam should have done was banish Satan from the Garden, tell Eve "Sorry Babe, your going to age and die,not me ,I ain't eating that fruit.Maybe God will make me someone else".He could of kept control of the Earth. That's why Jesus comes again,to banish Satan and the Antichrist and false prophet. He takes back control.A day with the Lord is a 1000 yrs and a 1000 yrs a day.So it's only been a couple of days to Him.

Good question !! You're right to conclude that Satan is "the god of this world (the age)"...[2 Cor. 4:4] The governments, though duped, serve the purpose of keeping a semblance of 'law and order' until the "day and hour" that Jesus crushes the human governments in favor of his kingdom over the entire earth.-[Daniel 2:44; Psalm 2] Acts 5:29 shows that Christians are to know where to "draw the line" between God's laws...and the laws made by imperfect human governments.

These are not flaws. What the bible said is real. Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean its not true. It just takes time.
For your first question-Satan is lying. He is always trying to make us lie and to disobey God. Just as he had Eve eat from the tree when God told her not to.
For your second question- I'm not quite sure about this but i don't really see the problem with it. Its not that big a deal to obey the government unless of course they are disobeying God.
Remember Jesus loves you!

The first thing to remember is that satan came to steal, kill and destroy so what are the chances that he was lying? Anyway when man fell is the garden he{man} actually chose satan as his god. The Bible says that satan is the prince of the power of the air. God gave dominion over the earth to man, man gave it to satan but satan cannot do anything that God doesn't allow. Man is getting what he asked for. Now this is hard to understand so Please ask a Bible believing Pastor or teacher to help you understand. May God bless you as you search.

Satan is referred to in the Bible as the "Prince of this world."
We are told by God's Spirit in 1st Peter to obey the laws of man (not Satan) because God appointed man to govern himself.

Satan only thinks he's in charge of this world. And we should obey the governments orders in so much as they do not cross God's laws.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of Gods plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It’s meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

Why do you call that a conflict? Jesus said His kingdom was not of this world. This world was taken over by satan and the judgement came. The Jewish religion was ended and the Christian religion started.
