Well apparently, the insurgents in Iraq didn't get the memo about not doing bad deeds during ramadan... lol

Well, Ramadan has finished today "22.10,06" , but I can tell you what things breaks your fast :-
1.Eat or Drink "Even water"
2.Saying bad words "Swearing"
3.Love affairs "Even looking at bad images or watching movies"
As long as you know yourself as a good girl and not to do anything wrong with the guy you are talking to, then it is totally OK, due to my study and work, I speak to lots of girls, but no to cross the line. Well In islamic religion the second and third points are also forbidden in non-Ramadan days, except marriage of course.

yes, u can talk to guys during ramadan. some things that break ur fast are looking at inappropriate things, like naked ppl, or strippers, cursing or cussing, showing cleavage, eating before the appropriate time, and girls, if they get their period, then they can't fast and must redo the days they missed after ramadan, but they can redo them whenever, just as long as they redo it all before they die. also, if you travel far, likeif u live in michigan, like me, and go up north, which is far, then u break ur fast(far travel) it must be about 22 miles from home.

All of us can do every thing during Ramadan about our straight life.We should refuse a naughty talking to the strangers.We should obey ALLAH by good praying , fasting,and best character.

hello there.
don't worry, u can talk to guys, no problem with that.
normally, fasting means taking away ur desires (food, drink, sex, gossips, bad deeds ...).
instead, u should do ur best to accomplish good actions (praying, giving charity, not to get angry, talking gently to people-family first-...).
so if u talk to guys it doesn't matter at all, as long as u don't do anything forbidden or suspiscious.
