My daughter is 1 and has been eating popcorn since she was probably 8 months old. She was also eating solid food by then, too. Give them fully popped popcorn and spend some time eating it together. We have it every Sunday night.

Do not give a toddler popcorn or small candies, they can choke on it. A child shouldn't be given foods that small until they're old enough to understand how to chew it properly.
