Well first of all...it is according to the length of your hair as to what answer you want. If your hair is short try applying mouse to your hair and some gel or volumizer to roots. Lift your hair up as you direct the blow dryer to the roots of your scalp. If your hair is long enough apply some mouse or gel to your hair and blow dry your hair upside down. This will give your hair volume. Also using a curling iron or hot rollers etc.

Use a volumzing mousse, no gel or serums, they weigh your hair down. Blow-dry your hair (with a diffuser to avoin any frizz) upside-down to give your hair lift at the roots.
