Providing her vehicle has liability coverage American Family should pay all damages plus reasonable rental while your car is being repaired. If the other company starts stalling or you are unhappy with the way the claim is proceeding (keep in mind that dozens of things are going behind the scenes that may cause delays) then go through your company under collision. You will have to pay your deductible but that can be recovered by your company. Also be aware you may not be able to claim any loss of value under your policy -- (depends on your state). Cross your fingers, hopefully American Family will investigate and jump on your claim soon as it does not benefit any insurance company to drag out or low-ball payments.

Her insurance should cover everything. You could turn it over to your insurance and they'll do all the work with her company to get your settlement and you don't have to pay a deductable.
It all really depends on the rental car part though. If your personal policy doesn't cover rentals in the case of an accident theres a chance hers won't pay you either. If you weren't insured for something then they won't cover that part usually.
They figured if you weren't worried enough about paying for it then why should they.

report to her insurance company, they should cover all your damages (no deductible) and provide a rental car while your car is being repaired
if you have to file it under your own insurance policy then you will have to pay a deductible and it you dont carry rental then you dont get a rental car

The person at fault needs to make the injured party whole. As far as a rental, ask American Family that question.

If liability is clear (she admits it and you did not have any negligence) then her liability coverage will pay for your damages and for a rental while the car is down/being repaired. They will pay for the related down time on the vehicle. Deductibles only apply if you use your own collision coverage with your company.

If the other driver is at fault, yes, her insurance agent will pay for everything, including the deductible. Now, if, for example, she didn't have insurance, you might have to pay the deductible.

They should pay for it all
You will probably have to pay the deductable and hire car at first and then wait until they pay you. They won't pay for a hire car if it is bigger and better than your car.

It depends on her policy. If her insurance company does not pay then I believe she is obliged to. Though I am not certain.
