1 cup = 140 grams
1 cup sifted = 115 grams
Cake Flour:
1 cup = 130 grams
1 cup sifted = 100 grams
Bread Flour:
1 cup = 160 grams
1 cup sifted = 120 grams

I have never been able to get to grips with this. Why do some people have cups and others have grams, and what size of cup do you have to use ..... if you find out, please let me know....thanks
