they dont extract the seeds...seedless fruits can develop in one of two ways: either the fruit develops without any fertilization (parthenocarpy), or pollination triggers fruit development but the ovules or embryos abort without producing mature seeds (stenospermocarpy). Seedless fruits of banana and watermelon are produced on triploid plants, whose three sets of chromosomes prevent meiosis from taking place and thus do not produce fertile gametes. Such plants can arise by spontaneous mutation or by hybridization between diploid and tetraploid individuals of the same or different species. Some species produce seedless fruit if not pollinated but seeded fruit if pollination occurs, e.g. pineapple and cucumber.

Since this is the medicine section, I can only assume that we want to know how to get them out of an orfice of a human. If they are eated, they go right through, no problem. If they are inserted into the nose by a child, try blowing it out. If it does not come out you need to see a doctor with forceps. If they are in the ear, again they need to be removed by a doctor with forceps. They will cause infection if left in the wrong places.
