(In your opinion, i mean.)

An awesome BBQ-newsletter I'm subscribed to (it has recipies, guides, tips, etc.) uses "barbeque", and "bbq", and calls the cookers "barbecuers"... so if you think more than one, go ahead and say that in your answer.

(Oh - for anyone interested, the newsletter is at http://allscooter.info/ . )

I believe all 3 have the same meaning...however there is a lot of arguement about what it means....slow cooking over an open pit...or a closed type oven....all should be done with some type of hardwood for fuel.....others will say a charcoal grill is bbqing...lots of opinions out there,,,sauce..no sauce,,,beef or pork etc....I think its all good

If I see a sign with any of these 3 words on it, I am assured they serve roasted meat with tangy sauce on it.

I believe it is:

BAR-B-CUE

but I might be wrong on that. I DO remember the "dash" marks in between though. Any points...?
