Okay, its very small, smaller than a pinky nail, it is yellow, on the back their is a line going down the middle, and on the other side it has 'west-ward 248'

It sounds like it could be Folic Acid. It's a type of B vitamin that our bodies used to make new cells. Pregnant woman need more of it to help prevent birth defects. Does it look like this?

The name on the pill is most likely the name of the company that produced it. The actual name of the medication would be on the bottle that the pill came from. Always keep your medications in the original bottle so you know what it is.

i typed in "west-ward 248" on Google and it said it was folic acid.
