Restaurants receive their frog legs frozen from a food supplier.

usually the frog legs are sent to them without the body unless it is a local restaurant. With that being the case they may make a soup/stew or just discard in the trash.

The frog legs come in frozen so the rest of the body, which is inedible, is usually discarded. Yum, yum.

They get rid of it. i know that it sounds horrible but its true. they have nothing else to do with it..would u eat a frogs brain?

They do not receive "the rest" ... but the "others" do...
