I recently purchased some clothing from China. I know now that it is fake. I really do not care, I'm not going to sell it, I plan on wearing it myself.

What is the possibility of my order being caught by customs?
What happens to me if they do catch it?

Not much of anything will happen to you as long as it's for personal use. Don't try and pass off hundreds of pairs of jeans as personal use though. It seems like everyone who visits Asia comes back with a knockoff watch as a souvenir.

If its for personal use, they're not going to do anything- might confiscate it would be the worst. They'll pretty much ignore it- after all, look at all the knockoffs they sell on Ebay.
