well you should use a hair care system for adding volume to your hair. and i recently heard that oily hair is caused by washing your hair too much because the shampoo strips your hair of its oils so your hair creates more and more oil to make up for the loss.

I use the neutrageona clean shampoo line. It strips the excess oils and hair care products off your hair with out damaging it. The conditioner is also light weight and doesn't make hair oily.

I'm off shampoo, myself--I follow the Curly Girl program as laid out in the book and I use conditioner unless my scalp gets really dirty, like, has dirt on it or something.

But try these: lemon juice. Clarifies, smells good. Mix some with your shampoo or a light conditioner. Baking soda--I just mixed some with warm water and poured it over my hair. Wow! It was really shiny afterward--it took off all the conditioner buildup goop that was on my hair but didn't make it feel squeaky or weird. Also, beer. No lie. Get a really hoppy kind of beer if you can--hops have phytoestrogens that plump up your hair and make it shiny and pretty and it's good for your scalp, too. And it doesn't smell bad, either--just rinse w/beer after you wash, then dry it and style as usual. It's better than it sounds!

Go to hair salon or a public beauty supplier and ask for any clarifying shampoo or volumizing shampoo.
