Well if you're talking about a human being --- I figure it's someone who is happy over their flaws and is confident in him or herself! Someone goes and hides in a corner, that looks like they're practically starving because they think they're too fat or they're ugly - aren't perfect. Everyone's born with a perfection they can ruin and destroy or keep and play it up. Perfection is not starving yourself or something like that.
