Do I have to kneel beside my bed and pray BY the bed, or can I pray laying in my bed? Is it something that's required for praying?

the reason for kneeling is to show our humility to God., to bow down at his feet.

you can pray however you like but it is a good thing to bow before the Lord.

I think that there are times when God calls us to our knees to pray. It is symbolic of humility. I sometimes pray on my knees other times sat in a chair other times totally on my face before Him. If you feel you need to be on your knees then do it. If you are not sure ask God and allow Him to tell you.

Doesn't matter. Praying is just talking to God. Do it however way you feel comfortable.

You can pray anywhere, including in your head. Say thanks to God for all the good things He's given you.
